Terms of Service
Effective date: 25 August 2026
These Terms govern use of Luama, Bordales Comms, and related services operated by Bordales Technologies. By using a service, integration, or communications endpoint provided by Bordales Technologies, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use.
1. Services
Luama provides governed software, automation, AI-assisted, evidence, and integration capabilities. Bordales Comms provides communications and provider-integration capabilities that may include WhatsApp messaging, templates, webhooks, flows, calling-related features, routing, and connected business workflows.
2. Authorised use
You may use the services only for lawful, authorised purposes. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, send prohibited or abusive communications, or use the services in a way that violates applicable platform rules or law.
3. Messaging and platform rules
Where services use third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp, users and connected businesses must comply with the applicable third-party terms, messaging policies, consent requirements, template rules, and other platform requirements.
4. AI and automation
Some services may use AI-assisted reasoning or automation. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed where consequences matter. Bordales Technologies may require human approval or other authority checks before consequential actions are performed.
5. Connected businesses and third parties
Bordales Comms may route a conversation or request to a connected business. That business may have its own terms, prices, policies, fulfilment duties, and privacy practices. Third-party services remain subject to their own availability, rules, and decisions.
6. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, networks, hosting providers, or external APIs.
7. Security and accounts
You are responsible for protecting credentials and access granted to you. Report suspected misuse or security incidents promptly through the contact method below.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bordales Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party outages, unauthorised misuse, inaccurate information supplied by users, or actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services and legal obligations evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
