Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 25 August 2026
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Luama, Bordales Comms, or a connected Bordales Technologies service, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@bordales.tech.
- Use an email address or contact detail that can reasonably help us identify the relevant account, conversation, or request.
- Use the subject DATA DELETION REQUEST and identify the service or connected business involved, such as Bordales Comms or a WhatsApp interaction.
- Describe the information you want deleted. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
Verification
We may need to verify that the requester is authorised to request deletion of the relevant information. We will request only the information reasonably necessary for that verification.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal information from systems under our control within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, contractual records, or legal compliance.
Third-party platforms
Deleting information held by Bordales Technologies does not automatically delete information independently held by third parties such as Meta or WhatsApp. Requests relating to information controlled by those providers may also need to be made directly to them under their own policies.
